Meanwhile, to ensure hassle-free travel planning, maximum flexibility will be guaranteed, with rates that can be cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival.
The guests will receive a portable sanitation kit with important health supplies, which includes a mask, gloves, wipes and gel. Allowing guests to take advantage of the catering services (breakfast, lunch, dinner), the room service offering will be extended to all guests at no additional cost.
The Dedica Anthology is creating a series of experiences which will allow guests at the property to experience the unique cultural heritage of the locations whilst keeping both visitors and locals alike safe during their stay.
The organisation of small meetings and events will be facilitated by flexible and customisable solutions in compliance with current regulations. The Concierge will be available to provide any assistance necessary, including offering suggestions for customers who want to explore the city from a different perspective.
Distancing measures will not be limited only to hotel customers but also extended to employees. In all common areas, the distances between the staff will be maintained. Distancing also extends to the arrangement of tables, benches, and chairs within the properties.
