Spain's La Manga gets set for new Dublin flight

With the impending launch of a new flight route from Dublin to Murcia, La Manga Club is getting ready to welcome more golfers and sport enthusiasts from Ireland.

From March 27, Aer Lingus will operate four flights a week from Dublin to Murcia-San Javier airport, increasing the resort?s accessibility.

Figures released by the Region of Murcia?s tourist board revealed that Irish visitor numbers rose by 10.1% in the first ten months of 2015 compared to 2014, a trend that is expected to continue.

The resort?s facilities include three 18-hole golf courses and a nine-hole academy course, a Leadbetter Golf Academy, a 28-court tennis centre and eight full-size football pitches, plus a wide selection of sports academies.
