Nobu Hospitality, founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, has announced its new property in Marrakech, Morocco. The citys Pearl Marrakech property will be relaunched as a Nobu hotel and restaurant in the third quarter of 2021.
Located in the Hivernage district, a few steps from the Djemaa el-Fna, Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Marrakech will house 71 spacious guest rooms and suites, and have a selection of dynamic dining venues and rooftop spaces; a 2,000 sq. ft spa and fitness centre, as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, meeting and events space. Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Marrakech is a collaboration between the Hivernage Collection luxury hospitality group, the owners of the Nobu Hotel Marbella, Marbella Club Hotel, and joint owners of the Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay and Nobu Hospitality.

It will be the first Nobu Hotel in Africa and Marrakech as a destination fits seamlessly within the Nobu Hotel collection.
