This years 10th anniversary edition of the LATA Expo will revolve around The Power of Tourism when it takes place in London from June 19th to 21st.
The Latin America Travel Association (LATA) is set to host the 10th edition of LATA Expo, Europe's largest B2B event dedicated to Latin America travel, in London this year.
LATA Expo's 10th anniversary edition is being run with the theme of 'The Power of Tourism' in mind.
Colin Stewart, chairman of LATA, elaborated: "Latin America was one of regions that was hardest hit from the pandemic from a travel perspective. Now that connectivity has improved, we look forward to hosting a very special 10th edition of LATA Expo.
"We have chosen the theme ‘The Power of Tourism,” to showcase how tourism is a force for good; generating growth in local economies, creating job opportunities and raising funds for important local initiatives."
LATA Expo will welcome a host of regional exhibitors, from tourist boards to operators, accommodation providers, and cruise and airline partners.
A dedicated agent programme will take place on June 21st at LATA Expo, and agents can now register to take part here.
2022 saw the Expo host its inaugural ministerial think tank, with tourism ministers and leaders to discuss how Latin America competes against other destinations. The think tank will expand across two days of 2023's event, focusing on the benefits of cross-country collaboration.
