The expanded programme is now on sale having more than doubled initial capacity in response to customer and agent demand for more breaks to Bergen.
Jet2CityBreaks’ Norwegian programme to Bergen will now operate from seven UK airports in 2025, including brand-new routes from Bristol, Edinburgh and London Stansted, and bolstered services from Birmingham, Leeds Bradford, Manchester and Newcastle.
The expansion comes after the operator’s 2024 programme of flights and city breaks to Norway commenced last month, marking the first time in more than 15 years Jet2 has serviced Bergen. Throughout 2025, 31 departures to Bergen will be on sale, doubling the current capacity.
As well as offering more choice for 2025, Jet2 has also brought the programme forward to begin from April 10th 2025, staying ahead of the Easter season.
The packages are included within the operator’s Discover More collection and include flights, either three- or four-star accommodation, a full day tour along the Aurlandsfjord and Nærøyfjord from Flam to Gudvangem, and a mountain rail journey to Mydral.
Sample packages include a three-night stay at the four-star Magic Hotel Kloverhuset from £719 per person departing from London Stansted on April 28th, 2025; and a three-night stay at the four-star Thon Hotel Orion from £919 per person departing on April 25th from Manchester.
