Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Airport Hotel undergoes renovation

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Airport Hotel has undergone a ?4.2 million renovation and the first hotel in the UK to receive the Certificate of Assurance from international certification company Bureau Veritas for its COVID-19 preventive measures, and its Hilton CleanStay programme.

As part of its renovation programme, 159 rooms have undergone complete refurbishing to upgrade them into deluxe king rooms, with large en-suite bathrooms, plush furnishings, updated design elements such as new headboards and lighting, and improved bedlinen.

Located five minutes' walk from Hatton Cross Underground Station, the property offers 10 new bespoke meeting areas for business travellers and a 24-hour business centre. Additionally, the reception, restaurant, bar, and gym have all been refurbished and new retail outlets include a takeaway food vendor.

?The refurbishment started with our guests in mind, to make sure that we are the hotel of choice for travellers staying at Heathrow,? said Richard Lee, general manager. ?With these renovations, we can offer our guests an affordable upscale hotel with unexpected amenities, which enhance the offerings of an airport hotel by taking the customer experience to another level,? he added.
