The Market Food Hall marks the first all-inclusive food hall concept in the Dominican Republic.
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana has unveiled its brand new food hall concept, The Market Food Hall, which has replaced the resort's previous buffet-style dining concept.
The Market Food Hall offers a culinary journey across the world, with made-to-order street food cuisine available, made with locally sourced ingredients and available with a selection of hand-crafted cocktails.
Cuisines available in the dining experience include a New Orleans-style French market, Mexican Mercado, Asian Market, Italian Mercato, Spanish Boqueria and a full bar stocked with Dominican and traditional cocktails. Sweet-toothed guests can enjoy deserts from all the various stalls.
Janice Adey, UK regional sales director, explained: ?The Market Food Hall will offer a different dining experience for guests that goes beyond the traditional buffet. The concept will be the first all-inclusive food hall of its kind in the Dominican Republic and it is very exciting that guests will have the chance to enjoy it while on holiday with us.?
