Emirates resumes A380 passenger flights from Dubai to London Heathrow and Paris

Emirates? passenger aircraft A380 will now be available for agents to book flights on the London Heathrow and Paris route, starting July 15. In addition, Emirates has announced flights to Dhaka from today and to Munich from July 15

The announcement marks the return of Emirates' flagship aircraft on scheduled services, after the fleet was grounded in March. Previously Emirates had announced that its aircraft B777 300ER will start operating services from Dubai to Manchester and London Heathrow. However, some travel restrictions remain in place, along with new health and safety measures, and travellers will be accepted on flights, only if they comply with the eligibility and entry criteria required for their destination countries. Dubai airport will be opening up to travellers from July 7 and will see some new air travel safety protocols implemented.

Adel Al Redha, Emirates' chief operating officer, said: "The A380 remains a popular aircraft amongst our customers and it offers many unique on-board features. We are delighted to bring it back into the skies to serve our customers on flights to London and Paris from July 15, and we are looking forward to gradually introduce our A380 into more destinations, according to the travel demand. The Emirates A380 experience remains unique in the industry, and even though we have modified services onboard for the health and safety of our crew and customers, we are confident that our customers would welcome flying again in this quiet, comfortable aircraft."
