An Earth Day trio of no-fly trips from Fred. Holidays

Fred. Holidays' trips, combining rail, sail and self-drive options, celebrate Earth Day 2024 with a serving of sustainability.

A substantial dose of sustainability comes in the form of the 65-night 'No-Fly Trans-Canada & USA by Rail & Sea', which combines a transatlantic voyage aboard Queen Mary 2 with Cunard, rail journeys aboard The Canadian and Rocky Mountaineer, and a whole host of trips during the circumnavigation of North America.

Prices lead in at £9,995 per person, departing from Southampton on August 27th, 2025.

A slightly shorter sustainable soirée comes with the five-night 'The Dordogne: Rocamadour by Rail & Drive' itinerary, beginning with a rail journey from London, a drive to a five-night charming local hotel stay near the seemingly gravity-defying Rocamadour.

Daily departures are on offer year-round, starting from £899 per person based on an October 2024 departure date.

The sustainable trio is rounded out with a 28-night 'Cunard Transatlantic & Fall Colours River Cruise', described by the operator as "the ultimate no-fly New York experience," featuring a round-trip transatlantic Cunard crossing, seven-night Hudson River cruise aboard The American Star and three-night stays in Boston and New York.

Prices lead in at £8,889 per person for the September 26th, 2025 departure.
