Fine-dining restaurant Ormer Mayfair, located within luxury boutique hotel Flemings Mayfair, is going to launch its first international residency in Austria this summer at Hotel Kristiania, a fellow member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
Forming part of Hotel Kristiania?s three-month visionary summer pop-up project, Ormer Lech will be led by Ormer Mayfair?s sous chef, F. Wilson. Working closely with the restaurant?s executive chef and this year?s GBM finalist, Kerth Gumbs, the menu features Ormer?s signature dishes like Jersey lobster ravioli in a rich crab and tomato bisque with refreshing shallot salad; dover sole with smoked salmon, potato and leek risotto, pickled quail eggs and caper berry salad; and apple crumble with white chocolate, caramel and vanilla ice cream, alongside a carefully curated wine list to complement the cuisine.
Located at the foot of the Omeshorn mountains with panoramic views over Lech, Hotel Kristiania offers a boutique luxury retreat in the famous Arlberg area of the Alps. The summer pop-up 2020 features a curated programme of arts and culture and cinema under the stars, as well as a fine dining experience courtesy of Ormer.
For the first time The Kristiania Hotel has opened for the summer season with a pop-up running every Thursday ? Sunday from July 9 to September 6.
Ormer Mayfair is also planning a second pop-up restaurant in Mykonos later this year
