Maisons Pariente hotel group opens two new restaurants

The Maisons Pariente group of hotels has opened up two fine dining places, one in Provence and another in St Tropez

Lou Pinet re-opened in St Tropez on June 25, with the vintage spirit of St Tropez of the '60s and '70s as the theme. Guests can dine at Beefbar and indulge in their signature dish, created exclusively for Lou Pinet, the Bao Bun, which is a steamed Korean bun with Chamomile smoked Black Angus. To entertain the hotel guests, a new live orchestra playing soulful numbers on summer nights.

Crillon le Brave, a Provence hotel, re-opened on July 2.  Its special restaurants, La Table Du Ventoux and La Madeleine, promise to combine tasty gourmet food, comprising fresh, local produce and ingredients, with the experience of fine dining.
