Vietnam Airlines passengers departing from Heathrow Airport will now be able to check in through automated check-in kiosks.
Passengers can avoid queues and save time with kiosk check-in. Heathrow joins international airports Narita, Kansai, Fukuoka (Japan), Incheon (Korea) and Frankfurt (Germany) in offering this service for Vietnam Airlines passengers.
Passengers can check in, select their seat and print their boarding pass from 24 hours up to 60 minutes prior to departure. Passengers without checked baggage can proceed directly to the security/immigration area with their printed boarding passes.
Heathrow Airport is the ninth airport to implement Vietnam Airlines? check-in kiosk service. Soon, this service will also be implemented at Haneda, Nagoya (Japan), Busan (Korea), Guangzhou (China), Hong Kong and Singapore airports.
