Unforgettable's dedicated cruise division to take advantage of "unprecedented growth"

Simon Leeming, formerly of Tripsmiths, Cosmos, and Monarch Holidays, has joined the Unforgettable Travel Group to head up its dedicated cruise division.

As cruise product and commercial manager, Simon will drive the group's 'Cruise 365' vision, aiming to offer agents more choice through a year-round ocean and river cruising programme, specifically focussed on sub-500-guest-capacity vessels.

Graham Carter, the group's CCO, noted the over 5,000 guests that already enjoy the brand's small-ship Croatia programme, and said that "the introduction of Simon and our trade-friendly cruise division... [aims] to ensure these guests continue their newfound enjoyment of a holiday at sea within the Unforgettable family brands."

Simon added: "This is a very exciting time as we look to take advantage of the unprecedented growth and diversification of the luxury cruising market. I look forward to enhancing our current small ship offering with unforgettable cruising packages."
