A new Italian restaurant is now open at Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort and Private Island in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Now the total number of eateries are nine. La Tavola is the newest addition to the global gourmet dining options at the five-star resort, offering traditional homemade Italian fayre including pasta, fish and meat dishes.
The opening of La Tavola brings as the taste of Italy to your guests at the resort which currently has restaurants offering Indian, Caribbean French and Thai cuisines. Your guests can choose to take advantage of the Stay At One, Play At Two programme with nearby resort Sandals Montego Bay, taking the number of restaurants on offer to 21 overall.
The new restaurant?s name means ?table? in Italian, which is known for being at the centre of family life in Italy. Dishes on the sample menu include Polpa all Griglia- grilled octopus with roasted cauliflower pur?e, braised tomato and a saffron lime dressing; Scaloppini di Pollo- chicken breast with artichokes, mushrooms, capers, bacon, lemon butter and spaghetti; and Linguine ai Scampi- linguine with prawns, saut?ed courgette, garlic, white wine and tomatoes. The restaurant is open for dinner daily from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.
Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort and Private Island opened two new restaurants, Bombay and Spices, in 2019.
