Four of the operators five-day seasonal staycations have been extended into November and December.
Riviera Travel has announced staycation extensions to four of its five-day UK tours, which will see the holidays operate with limited capacity into November and December.
The current programme was initially scheduled to draw to a close in October, but has been made available until later this year to meet increasing demand for closer-to-home tours.
For the winter season, the packages have been adapted with select Christmas visits and shorter day trips to accommodate reduced daylight hours, while the number of nights on offer, accommodation options, and board basis remain the same.
Adapted itineraries include 'North Yorkshire', which ticks off the historic city centre and its Christmas markets, Harrogate and the festive displays at Harewood House from ?499 per person. The 'Bath, Somerset and Glastonbury' showcases the best of the West Country, with a tour of Bath and its Christmas markets, and visits to Wells, Cheddar Gorge and Avebury from ?499 per person.
Other options include 'Oxford, Blenheim and the Cotswolds' and 'The Peak District'.
All tours offer three and four-star accommodation, daily breakfast and an expert tour manager, along with dinner on select itineraries.
