Sandals and Beaches Resorts' UK operator, Unique Caribbean Holidays Ltd. (UCHL), have reported a recent 23% increase in group bookings, consisting of five rooms or more, and are highlighting the potential benefits available for agents should they register group bookings with the resort brand and operator.
Benefits of a group booking include: personalised service from Sandals' dedicated 'Groups' departments; a complimentary group photo shoot and printed 5x7 for each room; up to 20% of the rooms available for single occupancy; greater flexibility with no need to assign names to rooms; and, booking slots available up to the end of 2023. Groups of 10 rooms or more can earn a complimentary cocktail reception and gala dinner or group dining experience.
To register a group booking, once a minimum of five rooms are booked, agents should send the various reservation numbers to groups@sandals.co.uk. The brand's 'Groups' department will issue a group code linking all the bookings together, which can be quoted upon the addition of any extra rooms to ensure the group is kept together and applicable inclusions are added.
