Premier Holidays has assured that all customers who have a Premier Holiday booked through Thomas Cook or a Premier Holiday which includes a Thomas Cook airlines are 100% financially protected.
The 178-year-old company ceased trading on Monday, September 23.
Premier has set up an emergency team at its head office in Cambourne to coordinate the efforts to contact all affected customers. It has been monitoring the situation over the last few days and as such are fully prepared with all the details of affected customers.
Debbie Goffin, director of the tour operator, said: ?Our customers and their travel plans are of the utmost importance to us at this time and our priority is communicating with them to reduce the impact of this failure.
Our thoughts and best wishes go out to all of our colleagues and friends within the Thomas Cook Group at this time and to all those customers whose holidays have been affected. Thomas Cook have been operating since 1841 and have been a huge partner of ours and will be greatly missed.?
