A five-day Irish coastline cruise will play host to the annual Co-operative Travel Consortium conference next week.
Under the theme 'Making Things Happen', the 300-plus Consortium members and colleagues will aim to facilitate engaging discussion and business growth support.
Members will share findings from their own businesses, initiatives and trends while on board and network with suppliers and colleagues alike, hearing the latest from Co-op Travel and the wider travel sphere.
Alison Holmes, head of retailing at Co-op Travel, explained: "Our conferences are always a fun yet productive few days, and this year is set to be bigger than ever. Packed with workshops, panels, keynote speakers and supplier insights, we look forward to coming together to help gather ideas and drive momentum for growth throughout this next quarter and into 2024.”
Claire Evans, COO of travel channels at Co-op Travel, elaborated: "Our Consortium members are based all over the UK, so it’s a brilliant opportunity to get everyone in one place to share learnings and for members to benefit from the strength and support that being part of our Consortium brings.
"As the UK’s only independent Co-op Travel Consortium, our aim is to provide our members with the tools to develop their future ambitions and cement their position as leading travel businesses in the industry, meaning they can focus on sustainable growth and business success whilst offering the very best for their customers."
