NH Hotel Group to offer free medical service for guests

NH Hotel Group has signed an agreement with Quir?nsalud to provide its guests with free medical service for any urgent health needs, during a stay at the chains properties in Spain.

With this agreement, the company becomes one of the first Spanish chains to include these services at no additional cost and seeks to guarantee maximum safety for its guests during their entire stay at its hotels. 

The agreement includes urgent health care by Quir?nsalud professionals 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, whether the guest?s condition is COVID-19 related or not. Health care will be provided in person at the hotel where the client is staying or virtually if Quir?nsalud does not have a hospital in that city.

Meanwhile, a helpline service will be available at all times and in up to 10 languages. In addition, Quir?nsalud will manage all the procedures with the clients' insurance companies, if necessary. The agreement also includes the transfer of the patient by ambulance to the nearest Quir?nsalud hospital if required, as well as premium inpatient care with assistance to minimise language barriers.
