MSC Cruises relaunches trade training platform MSC Masters

MSC Cruises is relaunching its trade training platform on November 1, 2021 to further support its trade partners ahead of the official start of the Winter season.

The modules will be rolled out over the coming year and cover a variety of topics including new and upcoming ships MSC Virtuosa and MSC World Europa, pricing models, MSC Yacht Club, MSC’s health and safety policies, destinations and more.

The first module to be available with the relaunch of MSC Masters will be on MSC Virtuosa, as she will soon reposition to operate her winter season in the Emirates, one of the most popular destinations for both UK and Irish guests in search of Winter sun.

Director of sales, Steve Williams said: “Our biggest aim is to support our trade partners with the information they need to sell an MSC Cruise - there are so many people who have been furloughed or changed businesses or not sold a cruise in 18 months. What a great opportunity to refresh their skills in the run up to what we hope will be a really successful wave season in January 2022.”

Existing modules on the training platform have also been updated and reworked to have a fresh feel, and reflect the latest trends and travel updates. Each module takes 10-15 minutes to complete, covering major information to help agents share with their clients the amazing reasons to book an MSC Cruise. The final exam taken by agents at the end of their training has also been updated and upon completion, participants will now also receive their MSC Masters certificate signed personally by Antonio Paradiso, managing director of UK & Ireland, as a sign of appreciation for each trade partner taking time to complete their modules.
