MGM Resorts International has announced that the renovation of The Hotel at Mandalay Bay into the Delano Las Vegas is scheduled to be completed by the beginning of September.
The all suite luxury boutique hotel will have a defined separation from Mandalay Bay, and its new design, inspired by the desert, will feature different materials, tones and textures throughout the 1,100 guestrooms.
The hotel's general manager, Matthew Chilton, said: "Our typical client will be a well travelled individual who know what luxury is and expect something more creative during their stay in Las Vegas. The hotel will feature its own identity, offering separate social spaces and gastronomy options for guests."
Standard rooms have separate living and sleeping areas and nightly rates start from $200.
