Following the decisions of the Cyprus government and implementing all necessary health and safety measures as per the protocol of the Cyprus Health Ministry, the Louis Hotel Group is planning to open in the coming days
The group opened Polis 1907, Polis Chrysochous, Paphos on June 5. Similarly, Louis Paphos Breeze , Paphos will open on June 15. Louis Nausicaa Beach and Villas, Protaras and Louis Althea Kalamies Luxury Villas, Protaras will both open on July 3. The Royal Apollonia, Limassol; Louis Phaethon Beach, Paphos; Louis Imperial Beach, Paphos and Louis Ledra Beach, Paphos are opening on July 1. Lastly, Louis Althea Beach, Protaras and St Elias Resort, Protaras are both opening on July 10.
The hotels will offer online check-in from anywhere via the Louis Hotel Mobile App #MyHappyPlace. Guests can download it for free for easy access during their stay. Upon arrival, thermal cameras at the main entrances will check customers? temperature and all keys and cards will be offered, disinfected and sealed in envelopes. Additionally, multi-use masks made of COVID-safe, water-proof fabric will be provided to all guests.
All meals will require prior online reservation via #MyHappyPlace App. Furthermore, all tables and chairs in the restaurants and bars will be spread out according to the legislation. ?Sanification stations? including one-use biodegradable gloves and automatic antiseptic dispensers will be installed at the buffet areas to be used as per hotel requirements. Afternoon snacks will also be individually pre-packaged and pre-portioned, for guests' safety.
The rooms will have ?Safety Seal? applied on the doors before check-in, to ease customers' minds that no one has entered after disinfection. All rooms' surfaces will be disinfected and sterilized daily with special attention being paid to remote controls, in-room telephones, safe boxes, electric sockets, and hairdryers. A new mopping system will also be introduced to minimize the risk of cross-contamination between rooms.
In public areas and especially in high-touch areas, customers will find ?Disinfection Stations? provided with antiseptic gel for safety and all sunbeds and waterpark beds will be disinfected after each use with a Ballistic Virus Killer. As for guests' little ones, they will also enjoy all of the outdoor activities, such as animation and kids clubs as relevant safety procedures will be followed.
During check-out, customers will be able to use contactless payments.
