Kuoni has launched Kuoni Flex, a new initiative to help people who may be hesitant about booking their holiday in light of concerns about coronavirus.
Kuoni Flex is live now and allows people to switch their holiday to alternative travel dates without charge right up until up seven days before departure.
Kuoni Flex is available on a wide range of holidays to destinations including Mauritius, the Maldives, Thailand, Bali, Sri Lanka, the Caribbean and Mexico amongst others. It also includes selected group tours to India, the popular Taj Tour and Kerala Explorer.
The new offers are available for bookings made until March 16 on holidays departing until February 15, 2021.
Other marketing collaterals to promote the offer will include store window displays and social media.
The operator also confirmed that it has beefed up its customer service team, bringing in more people to help support customers and talk through the options for their holiday plans to be as flexible as possible
Derek Jones, CEO of the operator, said: ?This will bring peace of mind for a lot of customers who may be nervous about planning ahead, it means they can book now but change their mind and move to an alternative date right up until seven days before they are due to go if the situation has changed.
