Jet2 launches more flights from Manchester and Birmingham

For summer 2020, Jet2.com and Jet2Holidays have announced major flight schedule expansion plans from Manchester and Birmingham airports.

From Manchester, the airline will fly twice a week to Skiathos, allowing easy access to Achladies, Kolios, Koukounaries, Skiathos Town, Troulos and Agia Paraskevi. Also in Greece, Jet2 will be flying to Preveza three times a week, Crete-Heraklion seven times a week, Crete-Chania twice a week, Kefalonia four times a week, Zante five times a week and daily to Rhodes.

For Cyprus, there will be eight weekly flights to Paphos and daily flights to Larnaca.

There will be 15 weekly departures to Tenerife, five weekly services to Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura and nine weekly services to Lanzarote. In the Balearics, the airline will fly 24 times a week to Majorca, six times a week to Menorca and 14 times a week to Ibiza. Elsewhere in Spain, Jet2 will fly daily to Alicante and Malaga, six times a week to Barcelona and Reus, four times a week to Girona and three times a week to Costa de Almeria and Murcia.

More than 140,000 extra seats to Turkey have been announced, with 12 services a week to Dalaman, 10 to Antalya, five to Bodrum and three to Izmir. In Bulgaria, meanwhile, Jet2 will fly five times a week to Bourgas.

Tivat, Montenegro, and Zadar, Croatia, will be new destinations for Jet2 with twice-weekly services. Additionally, the airline will be flying three times a week to Pula and Split, seven times a week to Rome, five times a week to Venice and Pisa, three times a week to Naples, twice a week to Verona, daily to Faro and twice a week to Madeira.

From Birmingham Airport, Skiathos (weekly), Barcelona (twice weekly), Preveza, Budapest, Kefalonia, Nice and Murcia are new destinations for Jet2.

In Spain, there will be 12 weekly flights to Tenerife, five to Gran Canaria, four to Fuerteventura, a daily service to Lanzarote and Ibiza, 16 flights a week to Majorca and five flights a week to Menorca, 11 weekly services to Alicante, 10 to Malaga, three to Reus and twice-weekly to Girona, Costa de Almeria and Murcia.

For Greece, the airline will fly to Corfu and Kos three times a week, Crete-Heraklion five times a week, Crete-Chania twice a week, Rhodes and Zante four times a week, and Thessaloniki weekly. In Cyprus, there will be four weekly services to Paphos and five to Larnaca.

There will be 20 weekly services to Turkey including eight flights a week to Dalaman and Antalya and twice-weekly services to Bodrum and Izmir. The airline will fly to Bourgas three times a week.

Other increases include Dubrovnik (three times a week), Split (twice a week) and weekly to Pula, four flights a week to Rome, three to Pisa and two per week to Venice, Naples and Verona, 11 flights a week to Faro, a weekly service to Madeira, three flights a week to Nice, a weekly flight to Bergerac, three flights a week to Malta and twice-weekly to Krakow and Prague.
