Hilton unveils latest Mediterranean haven

Mangias Santa Teresa Sardinia, Curio Collection by Hilton will offer 199 guest rooms on Sardinias northern coast when it opens in the 2024 season.

Hilton is teaming up with Mangia's Resorts to launch the new property, which is currently undergoing a £10-million+ renovation to be fully rebranded as a Curio Collection by Hilton resort before the 2024 season, joining the five existing Curio properties.

Hilton's managing director for development, Southern Europe, explained: "We’re thrilled to extend our valued relationship with Hotel Investment Partners and begin working with Mangia’s Resorts, a leading operator in the Italian leisure market, to introduce a third Curio Collection by Hilton hotel to the incredible island of Sardinia.

"Our Mediterranean resort growth has accelerated in recent years and the unique character of Curio Collection by Hilton has helped us open several hotels in island destinations throughout the Mediterranean."

Mangia's Santa Teresa Sardinia will offer 199 rooms with private beach access on the doorstep of watersporting facilities letting guests push the boat out with standup paddleboarding and canoeing.

Alongside the accommodation, two restaurants and a bar will encourage guests to vary between poolside bites and indulgent meals. The signature Donna Floriana Italian restaurant will offer fresh dishes with traditional and inventive twists.
