Gold Medal has teamed up with Emirates for a joint venture marketing campaign aimed at boosting sales of the airline from its base in the North of England.
The campaign will see the operator target 30 key independent agents across the North West with marketing and promotional support to drive sales of the airline's services from Manchester.
Agents will receive a range of point of sale material including a mini-brochure showcasing the company's latest Emirates offers to destinations throughout the Middle East, Australia, the Indian Ocean, the Far East and Africa. Agents will also be supplied with branded pop-up stands and flight-boards, as well as a ?200 marketing fund for use on local promotional initiatives.
As an added incentive, throughout the campaign period, which runs until April 8, agents will be able to offer their clients a ?50 High Street voucher as an incentive to upgrade their booking to Business or First Class.
