Gardaland Park to kick off the season with June 15 reopening

The resorts Gardland theme park, LEGOLAND Water Park, and SEA LIFE Aquarium will all re-open on June 15, 2021.

After several months of closure, the theme park resort, in north-eastern Italy, is set to re-open on June 15, 2021.

?We are very happy to finally welcome our guests and be able to offer them days of fun and leisure once again?, said Aldo Maria Vigevani, managing director. ?LEGOLAND Water Park Gardaland, the first LEGOLAND Water Park in Europe and the fifth in the world, awaits its visitors with highly anticipated developments?.

The waterpark had a ?20 million construction budget, and will be the world's first LEGO-themed water park outside of a non-LEGOLAND theme park. Guests will be able to experience LEGOLAND's popular Miniland, a LEGO reconstruction of some of Italy's iconic monuments and landmarks, where 4.9 million LEGO bricks form the Tower of Pisa, St. Mark's Basilica and the Colosseum. Guests can explore the monuments on the LEGO River Adventure, a waterway guests can travel along aboard inflatable boats which are customisable with LEGO floating bricks.

Across the resort's theme park, each attraction will be sanitised daily and each time visitors board or disembark the rides. A face mask mandate remains in place on rides, and guests can queue virtually via the Qoda app.

Ahead of the entire resort's opening on June 15, 2021, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium and Gardaland Adventure Hotel, with 100 fully-themed rooms, will open on May 29, 2021.

Admission tickets start from ?40 per adult, with tickets available to book online with a fixed date. Guests can upgrade to enter Gardaland SEA LIFE, the resort's aquarium, for ?5.
