dnata Travel Group expands customer assurance offerings

The online tools and low-cost testing bundles are designed to offer UK trade and consumers assurance when booking with the groups brands. 

dnata Travel Group (dTG) is expanding its product and service offerings, ensuring its customers feel safe in booking package holidays with its brands, including Gold Medal, Travel Republic, Travelbag, Netflights and Sunmaster. 

Customers of all dTG brands have been able to book low-cost Covid-19 testing since April, with a discount of up to 50% thanks to the group's partnership with test provider Randox. These offerings have expanded to include 'Green' and 'Amber' bundles which correspond exactly with the testing mandates for countries in these groups. 

Agents and consumers with dTG brands can also utilise an online tool to give them timely and accurate information on their destinations' entry requirements and travel rules. The platform relies on information from governments, airlines, airports, tourism boards, public forums and media outlets to offer the most user-friendly breakdown of entry requirements and rules. 

Brands have also offered clear and comprehensive details of refunds, cancellations and amendment processes on each of their respective websites.
