Finnair brings Brits back on board

Fully vaccinated UK guests can travel quarantine- and test-free on any of Finnairs 21 weekly scheduled flights.

As Finland relaxes its border restrictions for UK travellers, Finnair has welcomed fully-vaccinated Brits back on board flights,

The Finnish carrier is set to operate 21 weekly services between the UK and Finland throughout August, with flights from Heathrow, Manchester and Edinburgh to Helsinki.

Topi Manner, Finnair CEO, said: ?We are delighted to welcome our UK customers back on board now that travel restrictions have eased.

?We?re excited to get back to doing what we do best - reconnecting families and friends with loved ones, travellers with incredible destinations - and delivering our fantastic Finnair service to UK travellers once again.

Upon arrival in Finland, all UK arrivals will need to show proof of full vaccination (with at least 14 days elapsed), such as their NHS App Covid Pass or paper vaccine card.

Young travellers aged 15 and under do not to provide proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test result, whilst all aged 15 and over must.

Finnair continues its face mask mandate at all times, with all flyers receiving a 'clean kit' with sanitiser, surface wipes and an information leaflet.
