Following the escalation of COVID-19, Exsus Travel introduced flexible booking conditions from March 12, to reassure clients who are travelling soon or are looking to book in the next few months.
For bookings made between March 12 and April 30, including travel dates up to February 28 2021, Exsus Travel will waive their own amendment and cancellation charges, and clients will be required to cover the cost of any airline, hotel and other third party supplier charges if applicable.
Neil Sealy, head of trade sales, said: ?This recent outbreak has, understandably, caused a lot of uncertainty around travel. We are working closely with our partners in countries all over the world and following FCO guidance on foreign travel. While we understand that many people have put holiday plans on hold during this difficult time, we want to encourage our trade partners to advise their clients not to forget about their desire to see the world in 2020 and beyond.?
