The passenger service will resume from London Heathrow on April 15, 2021.

Taiwan's independent airline, EVA Air, has announced it will resume direct flights from the UK to Taipei from April 15. The service will operate from London Heathrow Airport, flying non-stop to Taipei.

Departures will build back gradually to the daily schedule, beginning with departures on April 15 and 29, then every Thursday in May.

Bruce Wang, general manager of EVA's London office, commented: ?We are delighted with the news that our passenger service flights from the UK to Taipei will be resuming from next month. We are beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel and there is real hope that international travel will resume again from the UK very soon. We are confident that this news will be very welcome among our passengers and look forward to welcoming them aboard our flights from London from 15 April 2021. ?
