Etihad boosts flight frequencies

The UAE’s national airline has boosted is offering by almost 27% weekly as customer demand continues to grow for the region.

Etihad has added more flights to key destinations across the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent, including Jeddah and Riyadh in Saudi Arabia, Amman in Jordan, Beirut in Lebanon, Colombo in Sri Lanka and Kolkata and Bangalore in India.

Etihad’s Chief Revenue and Commercial Officer, Arik De, stressed how the increased flight offerings makes it “easier to enjoy a visit or stopover in Abu Dhabi” as the additional network “offer guests more opportunities to fly where they want at a time that suits them.”

The increased flight roster makes up an integral part of Etihad’s ambitious expansion of its flight frequencies and destination portfolio to further boost Abu Dhabi’s global reach and offer more flexibility for its travellers.
