2023 was a record-breaking year which saw the Group achieve an annual revenue of over €1 billion.
The 2023 revenue figure represents a 16% increase compared to the previous year, and the Group has no plans to rest of its laurels because palladium has already announced a slew of new openings and expansion plans extending into 2024.

Key milestones
Renovations were finalised at the Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa in Riviera Maya last year, completed with the Bravo Dinner & Dance, a new entertainment concept, and the Family Selection, the Group’s VIP offering for families.
In Spring 2024, the five-star Only YOU Hotel Sevilla will open its doors, housing 226 rooms and a vast array of dining options and event space. Only YOU will also continue its global expansion with the opening of a five-star hotel in Venice in 2025, marking the brand’s first urban hotel in the region.
Palladium is also ready to expand stateside after the successful opening of 45 Times Square Hotel in New York. The focus of the Group will now turn to other cities such as Miami, Los Angeles and Chicago, as well as expanding further into other destinations such as Mexico, the Middle East and the Mediterranean.
