An eight-day Scenic cruise takes guests from Budapest to Nuremberg along the Danube river, with Dame Darcey Bussell joining guests onboard.
Scenic Cruises has launched its new itinerary, Dancing down the Danube with Dame Darcey Bussell. Departing October 20, 2021, from Budapest.
The former Strictly Come Dancing judge will join guests as the itinerary sails from Budapest to the 'city of music', Vienna. Guests can enjoy a private concert at the Palais Liechtenstein, featuring Ballet and Blue Danube Waltz performances compered by Darcey herself. Bussell will host a drinks reception and a live Q+A session.
From Vienna, the boat will travel to D?rnstein, Melk and Regensburg, where guests can explore the medieval Czech city of Cesky Krumlov or continue the musical theme with a visit to Salzburg ? the birthplace of Mozart.
Highlights include a guided bike ride along the Danube from D?rnstein to Melk, tasting regional delicacies in the Wachau Valley or sampling beer from one of the oldest monastic breweries in Regensburg.
To give guests maximum flexibility, all bookings can be changed up to 60 days before departure without any fees as part of Scenic's flexible booking policy.
