Club Med ski bookings on an upward incline

Last-minute ski bookings have spiked for the resort brand thanks to the higher-altitude ski season continuing and temperatures due to drop again this weekend.

Nicolas Bresch, Club Med's managing director for the UK, Nordics and Ireland, explained: "Many resorts have benefited from a bumper March in terms of snowfall, with more expected in the forecast in the coming week as temperatures once again drop."

Adding that European ski resort sales have increased by 23% overall for March and April for very late bookings (a spike of 20% against 2023's bookings), Nicholas continued: "Our best selling resorts for this timeframe are Val d’Isère, Tignes and La Rosière - all of which benefit from high altitude ski domains where there are ample slopes with a solid base of snow.

"For those looking to take advantage, we still have some great last-minute offers available for April before the season comes to a close."
