Classic Package Holidays has added mid and long-haul destinations to its existing short-haul proposition with the introduction of Dubai, Mexico and the Caribbean for 2021.
Alex Gavalda, director of product and commercial, commented: ?We?re thrilled to announce that Dubai, Mexico, Barbados, Antigua, St Lucia, the Dominican Republic are now on sale with Classic Package Holidays. We are seeing strong, pent-up demand for these perennial UK market favourites and are making them even more tempting to our trade partners by offering them with the competitive prices that agents associate with the Classic Package Holidays? brand. Live availability and dynamic pricing give us the flexibility to continually evolve our product, and over the next few weeks we will be adding new properties and destinations without compromising quality. We are offering a wider choice to our travel agent partners at a time when challenging market conditions could see a reduction in booking options for the trade. The increased market share that our additional destinations will bring ties in with our strategy of growing Classic Package Holidays into the market-leading business-to-business-only proposition.?
With restrictions on travel and phased re-openings of countries, the operator is taking a cautious approach to launching these new destinations, with departures starting no earlier than May 1, 2021.
