Alex Gavalda, director of product & commercial, explained: ?As long-haul is key to our growth strategy, we have invested in experts in product and purchasing and also within our contact centre. Our new destinations are extremely popular in the UK market and fit perfectly with our existing mix of worldwide private tours and beach options. Our in-house long-haul expertise and competitive product offering has received very positive feedback from our agent partners, who have suggested that we are well placed to better competitor operators in terms of price and service.?

Running alongside the launch of the new brochure, Classic Collection is inviting agents to an online training event, scheduled for 10:30am on Thursday, January 21, 2021. The session will focus on key destinations including Thailand and Malaysia, hosted by Jordan Torrilla, product and purchasing manager for Africa and Asia, and account manager, Gemma Lazenby.
