ANTOR?s travel trade workshop goes virtual

ANTOR?s annual London travel trade workshop is going virtual and live and travel agents across the UK can participate from home.

It is using the modern Travel Expo 365 platform to provide an auditorium, workshop stands with one-to-one meeting and networking spaces. This event will be live on June 8 from 1pm to 5pm.

These destinations will be there waiting to meet delegates: Antigua, Austria, Bahamas, Beligium-Flanders, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Grenada, Guernsey, Israel, Italy, Jersey, Malta, Nassau, Netherlands, Qatar, Samoa, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tobago and Tunisia.

Tracey Poggio, chairman of ANTOR, said: ?While the industry rallies to find workable solutions through this crisis, I am delighted that ANTOR members have found a platform to communicate with its industry partners and give them product updates.?

The event will start at 1 pm with a short welcome from ANTOR?s chairman, Tracey Poggio of the Gibraltar Tourist Board and executive secretary, Alison Cryer in the main auditorium, followed by a series of inspirational short destination videos. The auditorium can be entered at any time. If someone could not make it during that time, the videos will be available after the end of the event for 24 hours.

The Virtual Live workshop is open to all travel agents, homeworkers and tour operator sales, reservations and product teams. A fun quiz will be there during the workshop for delegates to participate in alone or as a group with prizes to be won, announced before the end of the workshop at 5pm.
