The new event offers a taste of the islands offerings when it takes place from May 11-15, 2022.
Showcasing the island's classic culinary dishes and local chefs, Anguilla Culinary Experience will take place on the Caribbean haven this summer.
Across five days, chefs will draw on worldwide influence and Caribbean history to combine skills and creativity with the island's fresh produce and sea-to-table ingredients.
Three signature events will take place - the 'Ultimate Barefoot Luxury Party' at Cap Juluca, an afternoon 'Ros? Soir?e' at Malliouhana, and a 'Caribbean Beach Barbeque' on Meads Bay.
On May 13, 2022, local and guest chefs from local restaurants will present inventive menus with wine pairings as part of the festival's Restaurant Night.
Attendees can upgrade to a VIP experience to get exclusive access to events including an after-hours rum tasting at Zemi Beach House's Rhum Room and an intimate, five-course dinner accompanied by wine and live music at one of the island's luxury venues.
Wendy Freeman, ACE co-chair, said: ?Anguilla Culinary Experience is being created for, and by, people who appreciate artistry and view food and wine as a way to celebrate life, make connections and explore a country?s history and culture.
