The hotel operator has witnessed significant growth in its portfolio which now houses more than 720 hotels across Europe, the Middle East, Eurasia and Africa
In the first half of 2025, Wyndham added more than 4,700 rooms with over 60 new properties opening their doors, signifying a 5% year-on-year growth in EMEA. It also signed 27 new deals in the region, targeting high-growth markets and expanding access for travellers across the region.
Some standout addition to Wyndham’s portfolio include the Dolce by Wyndham Siracusa, Monasteri Golf and Spa property in Sicily and the Signature Cave Cappadocia, Trademark Collection by Wyndham in Türkiye.
The brand has also opened new properties across Eastern Europe and Central Asia, with launches in Georgia, Romania and Kazakhstan. 21 new properties have opened their doors so far this year in Eurasia, expanding the region’s portfolio up to 90.
Dimitris Manikis, president EMEA for Wyndham, said they are witnessing “incredible momentum” because “travel is thriving and we’re meeting that demand with a growing portfolio that reflects the energy and diversity of this [EMEA] region.”
