Building on a successful 2025, the brand continues to expand its presence while providing greater choice, flexibility and value-driven options for leisure and long-stay travellers.
As of September 30th, 2025, Wyndham’s EMEA portfolio surpassed 750 hotels, supported by a robust development pipeline. With demand holding firm for upscale and experience-led travel, Wyndham has strengthened its upper-scale offering, highlighted by recent openings such as Dolce by Wyndham Siracusa Monasteri Golf and Spa in Sicily and Signature Cave Cappadocia, Trademark Collection by Wyndham in Türkiye—both well suited to cultural and experiential itineraries.
During 2025, Wyndham progressed several strategic partnerships across the region. In Europe, an agreement with Soliteight Hotel Projects SA will introduce Super 8® by Wyndham to Spain and Portugal, targeting 40 hotels over the next decade. A further partnership with HR Group will add 25 properties across Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. Elsewhere, Wyndham entered Bangladesh with Ramada by Wyndham Cox’s Bazar Kolatoli Beach and enhanced loyalty appeal in Türkiye through a partnership with Pegasus Airlines.
Looking ahead, 2026 will deliver a range of properties ideal for agent-led sales. In Greece, Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas opens in early 2026 with 72 serviced apartments, ideal for city breaks and extended stays. By summer, Ramada Residences by Wyndham Halkidiki will debut 145 apartment-style residences with private beach access and wellness facilities, lending itself well to family and beach packages.
In Spain, Wyndham Grand Residences La Cala Golf on the Costa del Sol offers 58 luxury townhouses, a natural fit for golf-focused itineraries. Portugal also features strongly, with Wyndham Garden Alentejo Alcácer do Sal and Wyndham Residences Lisbon Loures, providing both countryside retreats and city-adjacent stays.
Additional openings include Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio on Georgia’s Black Sea coast, alongside new Ramada and Wyndham Garden hotels across Saudi Arabia and India.
For travel agents, these new Wyndham properties present fresh opportunities to build compelling leisure, long-stay and upscale residential packages, backed by strong brand recognition and diverse destination appeal.
