VIVA Cruises has unveiled a new bespoke AI-powered platform as part of its travel agent toolkit
VIVA Cruises 'AI Travel Advisor' is now live on its website and can be accessed by a star symbol located on the right-hand side of the page.
Users can input their own specific preferences such as destination, travel duration, interests, travel style and budget. The system will use the provided information to suggest suitable available itineraries.
The search results can be refined by follow-up questions, and the AI adapts its response in real-time.
