The cruise line has launched its new video-led training programme to make it easier for agents to learn more about the brand
Now comprising five modules, the programme covers an introduction to the operator, its fleet of ships, the onboard experience and shore excursions, and two destination sessions. More modules will be added in due course.
Each module will include a quiz to test agents’ knowledge of the brand.
The portal also features a range of agent-focused resources, including a toolbox with digital selling guides, brochures and images, as well as a section for the latest news, a ‘meet the team’ page, and information about incentives.
