TC Co-Pilot has been developed over the last 18 months, and is now integrated within Travel Counsellors' proprietary booking platform
Co-Pilot promises a new product experience, offers agents Phenix support, and generates marketing materials and itineraries with in-depth product knowledge.
The tool can also generate tailored packing lists and local recommendations depending on destination and holiday style.
A trial run road tested the AI-powered assistant with over 120 Travel Counsellors, with several improvements made prior to launch.
