By the end of 2025, the tour operator will replace its existing chauffeur vehicle fleet with new hybrid vehicles
Shane Lewis-Riley, the operator's director of trade distribution, believes the investment in the fleet "will delight our customers with a comfortable and hassle-free start to their holiday, [and] will ensure they come back to our agent partners to book again in the future."
Titan sees the move as an upgrade to both the customer journey as well as its bold ambitions in the environmental & social governance (ESG) space.
Chauffeur services will continue to be included on all standard Titan tours.
"Titan’s nationwide chauffeur service is included in all our holidays as standard and is a real selling point that sets us apart from other touring holiday providers. Agents often tell us that customers worry about travel to and from the airport, so offering them a Titan tour takes the worry away with their customers in our care from the moment they leave the front door," Shane concluded.
