With uncertainty still surrounding Brexit negotiations, the Scenic Group has made a price promise to its cruise customers with a guarantee of no price increase, regardless of the outcome of ongoing talks between UK and EU leaders.
The company has launched the Emerald Waterways & Scenic Luxury Cruises Brexit Assurance.
Colin Downing, managing director UK for the Scenic Group, said: ?We constantly talk to our customers and know their concerns around travel with the growing uncertainty surrounding Brexit.
?It?s important to us to address those fears and ensure them complete peace of mind by emphasising our promise of no price increase after booking regardless of the Brexit outcome. That means no increase on any of our cruise holidays and includes flights, transfers, dining and excursion costs.?
In a statement, the company said that the launch of these assurances ?will encourage wider consumer confidence to new travellers despite any Brexit outcome?, following on from strong year-on-year sales growth in repeat bookings for both Emerald Waterways and Scenic Luxury Cruise itineraries.
