Scenic Group has announced the launch of the Scenic and Emerald Rewards loyalty programme, which combines the existing Scenic Club and EmeraldEXPLORER Schemes into one unified platform
Scenic Group's new programme will reward members who travel across all Scenic and Emerald luxury yacht and river cruises, in addition to escorted land tours. The new reward system combines existing status points from the previous programmes into a single balance, providing members with a streamlined account.
The system includes a four-tier structure with different benefits with each level: Gold, Diamond, Emerald, and Chairman’s Club. Benefits include pre-release access to itineraries, exclusive event invitations, private transfers, and complimentary accommodation on longer trips.
In addition, a new feature has been introduced in which guests can earn 1% of their eligible booking value as a monetary amount that can be redeemed towards their next luxury cruise or tour.
