Save big with ‘Kids Free San Diego’

San Diego Tourism Authority is stretching the travel budgets of families with more than 100 offers at attractions, museums, hotels, and restaurants

The month-long promotion, running this October, helps families to experience more of San Diego while taking advantage of complimentary admission, meals and hotel perks for children.

Daniel Kuperschmid, president and CEO of the San Diego Tourism Authority, said, “The program makes it easier for families to enjoy a San Diego getaway in the fall and discover the experiences that have made the region a premier family destination.”

Celebrating its 15th year, the programme includes offers such as free admission for kids to San Diego Zoo and San Diego Safari Park, SeaWorld, Fleet Science Centre, the Natural History Museum, and the San Diego Air and Space Museum.

LEGOLAND California is also giving families a free ‘Child Hopper’ ticket when a full-price ‘Adult Hopper’ ticket is purchased. This includes the option of a ‘Resort Hopper’ ticket, which features access to LEGOLAND California, the Sea Life Aquarium, and LEGOLAND Water Park.

Kids also go for free on City Cruises for all of October.

In terms of hotels, deals are being offered by Ocean Park Inn, Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa, Town and Country Resort, and The Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter, featuring savings across room bookings, activities, and dining.
