Riviera Travel has introduced the Cruise Host role across its European fleet
Developed in response to strong guest feedback, the Cruise Host role forms part of a consistent, guest-focused programme designed to enrich the atmosphere on board and further elevate Riviera’s river cruise holidays.
Riviera Travel has recruited and trained a dedicated team of Cruise Hosts, supported by significant investment in onboarding and ongoing development to ensure they are fully prepared to deliver the high standards of service and experience guests expect from Riviera.
The role is centred on hosting light-touch activities and social moments that encourage connections and engagement, alongside Riviera’s evening entertainment programme led by onboard musicians, as well as local entertainment throughout the cruise.
