With over 12,000 training modules completed on the new Riviera Explorer platform, the operator has affirmed that it remains "committed to supporting agents in a way that's both practical and rewarding"
Amanda Docherty, head of trade UK, celebrated the platform's success since its launch last year. Riviera Explorer is the ultimate one-stop shop for our fabulous trade partners. With everything from product training and downloadable agent resources to the latest news and agent incentives like The Riviera Vault, we’re committed to supporting agents...
"The engagement we’ve seen so far has been great, and we’re excited to see Riviera Explorer continue to grow."
Along with training modules that cover every sector of the operator's programme, from solo holidays to river cruises and group touring, the platform also stars the Riviera Vault, an incentive campaign which ran in July and September of this year. Those campaigns saw almost 1,400 bookings logged.
Denise Parkhouse, an agent at Tripse, was the lucky winner of a holiday for two to Morocco after the Vault slammed shut last month. "Turning the big 5-0 next year, and what better way to celebrate than by exploring new destinations?
"A Riviera tour and the Atlas Mountains are officially on the list! Thanks, Riviera, for bringing a big smile to this travel agent’s face."
A new 'Primed for Peaks' module will launch shortly to prepare agents for the upcoming peak selling period. RIVA AI, a digital assistant crafted by agents with agents in mind, will also launch on November 12th, 2025.
Riviera Travel were among the winners at Travel Bulletin's Star Awards last month: the full list of winners can be found here.
